On-Time Pool Service, a growing pool company with nearly 900 weekly clients, is seeking a team-oriented Customer Service and Office Assistant. Customer Service and Office Assistant Benefits
- Compensation: Starts between $18 and $19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Wages can advance with quality work, efficiency, detail orientation, good communication, professionalism, and being a good team player.
- Monday through Friday work week expected 40 hours. Over 40 hours paid at time and a half.
- Paid holidays, including a week off paid between Christmas and New Year's.

Customer Service and Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, answering phones, emails, business texts, and other client communications in an upbeat and friendly manner. Handle administrative tasks associated with client communications.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships, including performing inside sales.
- Data entry into the company’s CRM, scheduling, and accounting software.
- Perform inventory management.
- Other customer service and administrative duties as may be assigned.
Customer Service and Office Assistant Qualifications
- Must have availability to work Monday – Friday. Longer hours (overtime) may sometimes be required to complete all tasks.
- Must have critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is critical. Go-getters are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent customer relationship building and communication is a must.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with the team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Candidates working in an office setting in the trades such as pool service, pool construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and janitorial are encouraged to apply.
