Job description
We have an immediate opening for a Facility Cleaning Services Technician at our Eagle Idaho office. This is an on-site position and candidates can expect to be at a single location for this role. Duties include general office cleaning, trash removal, dusting, simple maintenance repair, general organization and more.
The schedule for this position will be:
- Daytime hours, Monday through Friday
We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious candidate who has:
- The ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- The ability to do frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, bending, twisting, and stretching
- Good communication skills
- High levels of accountability and integrity
- Respectful and professional demeanor
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to inventory cleaning supplies and order additional supplies as needed
- Ability to respond to non scheduled cleaning and or maintenance requests as needed
- The ability to pass a background and credit screening as well as a pre employment drug screening:
- Background criminal screening
- Credit check (a good credit score is required)
- Drug screening
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial and/or maintenance services is required
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time as well as walking on a regular basis (capable of frequent stair climbing)
