The Manager will be responsible for field operational activities as directed by the Area Operations Manager. This individual is responsible for ensuring client cleaning specifications are followed per the contract and employees perform to the company’s standards at multiple locations. Company will provide a company vehicle along with fuel card.
Available Shifts:
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekends (as needed)
- 2nd Shift: By 1pm/2pm until 11pm/12am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Train new cleaners and recurring training for existing cleaners, including company technology.
- Determine the cleaners schedule and availability.
- Responsible for direct communications with cleaners.
- Determine supply and equipment needs.
- Inspect accounts and submit QA reports to catch and address cleaning performance problems proactively.
- Report any problems (account-related or cleaner-related) to the Area Operations Manager to determine a plan to address and resolve them immediately.
- Ensure cleaners perform shifts up to par with company standards.
- Oversee, manage, and participate in special projects at accounts. Ensure successful completion and communicate to management so the customer can be informed.
- Identify extra projects needed (extra cleaning, carpet challenging surface needs, windows, etc.) and submit to the Area Operations Manager.
- Communicate to office operations any change in account conditions, cleaner contact changes, client contact changes, building access, or any information that needs to be updated.
- Learn all aspects of the account specifications.
- Participate in cleaning to determine what it takes to complete the job and prepare to train cleaners.
- Ensure that needed supplies and equipment are identified on-site.
- Setup and organize janitorial closets.
- Meet and make introductions with customers, build trust whenever possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Equipment care and maintenance. Check all equipment regularly to ensure good working order. Educate cleaners on proper maintenance—vacuum rollers, vacuum bag replacement, electrical cords, Non-pull cord locks, vacuum heads, etc.
- Knowledge of cleaning requirements per account to meet account standards.
- Other miscellaneous cleaner request: concerns, days off, hours, pay, etc.
- Attend all weekly operations team meetings.
- Submit all required account paperwork and requested information to the Business Operations Manager.
- Request support as needed to ensure account delivery expectations
REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: Bilingual required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language
License: Must have a valid driver’s license
Physical: Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
