Position Description: This newly created and outstanding position challenges the successful individual to confidently and consistently provide five star housekeeping and maintenance services for each and every rental property represented by Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc.®
Position Duties, Responsibilities, and Challenges: The successful individual will work closely with, and report directly to the Vacation Rental Manager while interacting with the Guest Services Team, vacation guests, rental property owners, and third-party vendors. Some of the duties, responsibilities, and challenges expected to be performed with this Housekeeping and Maintenance Services position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Perform and/or arrange for housekeeping and maintenance services for all vacation rental properties.
· Coordinate and perform housekeeping and maintenance inspections for all vacation rental properties
- Assure that all vacation rental properties are clean and safe prior to guest arrivals, during guest stays, and after guest departures
· Respond to and assist with performing and resolving guest-related housekeeping and maintenance related issues.
· Perform other housekeeping and maintenance related services as needed and as directed by the Vacation Rental Manager and/or the Guest Services Team.
Position Qualifications and Requirements: The qualified individual must be highly organized and extremely detail oriented; familiar with basic office computer software; possess and implement excellent interpersonal skills and sufficient written and oral skills; willing to perform additional work-related tasks as needed; enjoy challenges and working independently with little direction; and constantly strive to grow and develop within the company.
A Vocational-Technical education and diploma is preferred, however, a high school diploma or its equivalent and 1-3 years of current professional skilled trades experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or construction related services) would be considered and acceptable.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
