We are currently recruiting for the position of Property Maintenance Technician - Level 1.
As a Property Maintenance Technician - Level 1, you will be accountable for the successful completion of your daily assigned work orders.
The successful candidate should be knowledgable about all components of a residential property which includes but is not limited to the ability to perform the following:
AC
General Troubleshooting
Clearing Condensation Drain Lines
Plumbing
Changing Flappers
Unclogging Toilets/Sinks
Misc.
Grill Cleaning
Propane Exchanges
Lightbulb Replacement
AC Filter Replacement
Replacing Smoke Detector Batteries
Troubleshooting
- Wifi
- TV
- Garbage Disposal
- GFCI
Trash Removal
Trash Can Cleaning
Garage Cleaning
Pool Deck Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Basic Furniture Assembly
The role of Property Maintenance Technician - Level 1 will require the following core competencies:

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays!
- A company vehicle will be provided for traveling between properties
- Reach overhead and below the waist, regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
