Job Title: Personal Assistant/ Housekeeping
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Personal Assistant/Housekeeping. This position requires a diverse skill set, including administrative support, household management, and cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in both professional and personal spaces.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage email, calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mails.
- Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerary planning.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
Household Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the residence.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder and iron clothing and linens as required.
- Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries, replenishing as needed.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors as necessary.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide support with personal appointments and engagements.
- Assist with shopping, gift procurement, and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the employer and their affairs.
Social Media and Marketing:
- Assist with social media posts, photography, and video content creation for a realtor.
- Provide creative input for marketing efforts.

- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of basic household cleaning techniques and practices.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and basic photography skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds.
- Willingness to perform tasks that may require exposure to cleaning agents and allergens.
Work Schedule and Pay:
- Schedule: 4 days a week including at least Saturday. 30 hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
