We are currently seeking a part-time custodial worker (25-30 hours/week) to join our team in High Springs, FL (just outside of Gainesville).
Position responsibilities include the following:
- Cleans and maintains all hallways, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and wiping down walls and doors
- Empties and cleans all waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains and doormats
- Cleans all glass surfaces including desks and windows; cleans light fixtures and window blinds
- Maintains adequate inventory of janitorial supplies such as cleaner, paper goods, etc.
- Is attentive to detail, follows-up with requests, proactively works to minimize maintenance
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
