We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner as our cleaning manager to join our team. As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including hotels, commercial buildings, and other hospitality establishments. Your role will involve supervising and managing a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately
- Launder and replace linens and towels as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and customers
