Qualifications:
- Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references
- Speak English (conversational okay) and being bilingual is a bonus
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.
Full time or part time okay. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 50% of each job.
You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days.

This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a housecleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build ongoing client base.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Launder and sanitize bedding, towels, and other linens
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial services, or residential cleaning is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
