SWS Ventures is the holding company for several Tommy’s Express car wash franchise locations opening soon and operating in Lancaster, Berks, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service.
We are looking for full-time Car Wash Shift Leaders that have winning attitudes to join our growing team.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain wash cleanliness
- Perform daily maintenance procedures to include detergent transfers and volumetrics
- Conduct hourly walkthroughs to help maintain a consistent and high-quality wash for our valued guests
- Assist guests by directing them on how to self-load using our safe loading procedure
- Ensure that guest vacuum parking lot is clean and clear of any litter, as well as empty the trash and vacuum canisters frequently for the ultimate guest experience
- Restock all detail kits and vending machines for guest purchase
- Maintain the correct quantity of detergent for the vehicle mat cleaners to ensure quality for our guests
- Continuously keep an eye on the pulse of the wash to ensure the safety of guests, other team members, and yourself as to prevent accidents before, during, and after the wash
- Assist the cashier with any issues that may arise
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Leader (GM) or other Person in Charge (PIC)
- Greet our guests whether in the pay lane, entering the wash, or at our vacuum parking lot and answer any questions they may have
- Convert new guests and other non-members to be a part of the “Tommy Club” by selling our wash packages and unlimited memberships to guests – this helps grow the business!

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to safely lift up to 20 - 30 lbs. from time to time
- Must be able to work in a variety of conditions, including but not limited to working inside the flight deck, at the cashier window, inside of the car wash tunnel, and outside in the vacuum parking lot

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work / Benefits:
- Full-time - 30 hours per week minimum
- Weekend and Evening flexibility

- $15.00 - starting base with monthly bonus and opportunities for growth
