The Job:
· Cleaning residential pools (possible repair opportunities w/ previous experience)
Previous pool cleaning experience required
· Job is Full Time, Monday through Friday
· Starting at 7:00 am and typically ending around 3:00 pm (40 hours+/-)
· Every weekend off
· work is hourly based, so some employees work later and earn overtime.
Your typical work day would consist of arriving at our warehouse at 7:00 am to load up your truck, collect your work for the day, and participate in any company meetings. From there you will be out cleaning pools until the end of your day when you return to the warehouse to drop off your work, equipment, and truck.
Truck and equipment are provided, you don't need experience cleaning pools to get the job but it is a plus if you do. Because the job involves driving our vehicles, you must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record. (We will check your motor vehicle record, so the more information about your driving record you give us up front the more likely to get approved by our insurance).
our trucks are new extended cab Nissan Frontiers, not some rusty old clunker with no AC!

Our Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate for this position would have a:

· MUST be a team player as all of our employees work together and help each other out at work when needed
Pay: Applicants with experience (verifiable) can expect $18 to $22 per hour being the range. After your first year, all raises are annual and performance-based. Pay is negotiable.
Bonuses: there is a weekly bonus of up to $80 per week for showing up on time every day, there are half yearly bonuses (June 30th and December 16th) based on performance/length of employment. These bonuses can add up to $3,000 to $4,000 per year
Commission: you will make a commission on parts that you replace at customers pools (o rings, baskets, pressure gauges, filters, cleaner repairs). Paid monthly
Overtime: if you work past 40 hours in any one week you will earn overtime, no arguments!
