We are looking to hire a hard-working cleaner to perform cleaning duties for our residential and Airbnb clients. This position is for cleaning Airbnb's Offices, other short term rentals, and residential clients. Required availability is Tuesday, Wednedsday, and at least one other weekday every week from 9-5. The actual hours you work will vary every week depending on demand! Do not apply if you want full-time hours or require more than 8 hours per week.
To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to work on a team and have strong attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be able to complete all tasks to the client's satisfaction within a given time.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Responding to clients' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Informing management of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
- Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
- Spot cleaning doors and frames.
- Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
- Performing interior window cleanings.
- Perform inspections after each turnover.
- Maintain inventory records and damage records.
Cleaner Requirements:
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Proven experience in cleaning is preferred.
- The ability to follow a cleaning checklist.
- The ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Aware of time management
- Paid Training is provided, and a company cleaner certification program provided
