Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel. Stock carts with room supplies, replace linens and replenish guest room supplies while delivering exceptional guest service based on Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly.
- Restock room supplies and amenities as needed.
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly.
- Greet guests professionally and respect their privacy.
- Provide assistance to guests when required.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
