Role Description – Traveling Housekeeper
An active and affluent family is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented traveling housekeeper to join our family office team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch cleaning and organizational services in multiple locations, ensuring each home/property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel extensively.
Primary duties including, but are not limited to:
Cleaning & Maintenance:
· Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other spaces.
· Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces.
· Change and launder clothing, bed linens and towels.
· Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances.
· Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used properly.
Organizational Tasks:
· Organize and tidy up spaces, ensuring items are stored properly and clutter is minimized.
· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items and restock as needed.
Special Duties:
· Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically as required (e.g., carpet shampooing, window washing).
· Handle special requests or additional tasks as directed.
· Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
· Assist with pet care (walking, feeding, grooming) for two small dogs.
Work Schedule:
· The candidate should expect minimum work hours of five days/40 hours per week (exact days worked may vary from week to week)
· Work hours over 40 will be required on a frequent basis, based on the needs of the family.
· Work hours at times will be required on Federal / Religious Holidays and weekends, based on the needs of the family.
Travel and Housing:
· The candidate will travel throughout the United States with the family, or unaccompanied. Stays in one location can vary from one week to a few months.
· Travel will consist of arriving in locations prior to the family to prepare, and working alongside the family while in a residence.
· Airline travel between locations will be based on timings and needs, and will be a combination of main cabin commercial, or private aviation.
· Housing will be provided in all locations. Housing includes Rent, Utilities, and directly related housing expenses.
· All work travel (flights, ground transportation to and from work, to and from running errands, etc) will be fully reimbursed, or paid directly by the family.

Compensation:
· This is an hourly position, eligible for Overtime
· Up to $25 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

- Working for Ultra High Net Worth Family: 10 years (Required)
- Private Home Housekeeping: 10 years (Required)
