Job Description: Warehouse and Office Assistant Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both warehouse and office activities. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle various tasks efficiently and contribute to maintaining a productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
· Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items.
· Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves, packing them securely, and labeling packages appropriately.
· Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
· Assist in organizing warehouse space and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and adherence to shipping schedules.
Office Support:
· Performs basic tasks that ensure the office environment is efficiently functional (proper filing of invoices, documents, faxing, organizing binders, paperwork, invoices).
· Responsible for reporting any need to re-stock office supplies (toiletries, cleaning supplies, printer paper, ink...etc)
· Follow up daily via phone and emails with each vendor for prompt processing and request tracking of purchase orders sent by purchasing (GM / Ops Manager) send updated order trackers per customer via email to team.
· Answering phones daily and notifying management of caller message via, skype, email or directly to member of management.
· Interacting with visitors, customers, and vendors by phone or in the office.
· Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
· Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars for office staff.
· Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels.
· Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
· Responsible for communicating and noting if there are missing images / proper documentation that should be logged in company server after completing audits.
General Responsibilities:

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both warehouse and office areas.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
· Prior experience in warehouse or office administraton roles preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
