Cleaning Technician
TopClean LLC is a leading provider of residential and commercial cleaning in South Denver
Position Description:
The primary function of the Cleaning Technician is to perform a variety of cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance duties. These include:
Follow all safety regulations
- Perform job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, present company policy and state and federal regulations governing employment.
- Adhere to all safety practices and follow all company safety procedures.
- Maintain safe and clean work area by following good housekeeping practices.
- Take proper care of equipment, supplies, and supplies.
- Document in safe environment log books as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The primary qualification for this position is the following:
- Must have drivers license and a vehicle
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, based on the needs of the business;
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Additional Qualifications:
The following qualifications are required for performance of this position:
- Previous experience in office cleaning environment preferred.
