DIANI is looking for a talented and passionate Store Manager at DIANI Living.
DIANI Living, an offshoot of DIANI and DIANI Shoes, is a multi brand home and lifestyle store in the Historic Arts District in Santa Barbara with a premiere e-commerce site, www.dianiboutique.com. The DIANI Living Manager will spend most of their time helping clients and their team and will drive the storytelling of Caroline’s aesthetic lifestyle vision, spanning across multi product categories including furniture, bedding, kitchen, garden, apothecary, gifts and the newly launched label, The Stone Jug designed by Caroline.
Ideal candidates have a keen interest in interior design, higher end customer service, thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring environment and share our passion for home styling, entertaining, botany, and wellness. You will be continually elevating the level of service for our customers, as well as developing unique approaches to building lasting connections with our customers and the interior design community at large. Your ability to think outside of the box to build customer outreach and awareness is key, and will be highly valued. Our business is built on top-notch customer service, so a focus on that is priority number one. You will create exceptional on brand displays with a design forward aesthetic in the store and initiate and plan seasonal in-store events. You will be involved in the concept to completion of various projects, and gain invaluable insight and knowledge of a small business that has been growing for the last 22 years.
