Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, floor care, and industrial cleaning within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial duties
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
