Windsor County Youth Services is looking for a few
caring individuals to help support youth during some
of their most difficult times in their lives. We are currently offering a sign on bonus.

Our Mission: To explore, develop and implement crisis prevention and early intervention programs for youth as well as to promote awareness of new and existing resources for healthier lifestyles and decision–making for youth and their families

Job Description: Assist in supervising the overall childcare services, house management, and share information with the next shift through oral communication as well as computer database entries. All advocates are expected to attend Monthly staff meetings, to enforce house expectations, policies and procedures as well as perform any related duties. Shifts are 11pm-9am

Position Requirements:

Must Pass A Criminal Background Check & Possess a Driver's License

Must stay awake, complete bed checks

Cooking and cleaning

Flexible where needed as duties do change

Complete all tasks requested nightly

*starting pay for Overnight with differential is $19.00 an hour. Paid Time off will be available immediately. Free Dental from Delta Dental Northwestern. After 1yr with agency 401k with a 3% agency match is offered as well as Paid Time off. 1yr= 72hrs, 2yrs= 112hr, and 5yrs = 152hrs. 32hrs is considered full time employee.
