We are seeking a dedicated Independent Contractor Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and experienced in residential and commercial cleaning and already has his/her cleaning tools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with housekeeping management
- Ability to perform floor care tasks
- Cleaning Insurance
- Understanding of Airbnb and office cleaning standards

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in carpet cleaning techniques
- Previous work in hotel or residential cleaning environments
