Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities.

Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of germs
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained
- Notify management of any repairs needed or safety hazards observed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Certification in cleaning techniques or sanitation practices
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers or pressure washers
