Location: Tampa

Hours: Hours are based on needs and could be anywhere from 0 to 20 hours per week.

Pay: Per scheduling at a rate of $15/hour

We will pay a minimum of 1.5 hours ($23) per scheduling.

Time starts upon arrival to job site and ends once you are finished with the tasks and provided photos.

Mileage reimbursement is not provided, but you are paid for drive time between locations after your initial arrival.

This is a 1099 contractor position. If you are a reliable worker, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Respond to and perform task requests in a timely manner (examples below)
Complete tasks and meet strict deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate well and in a timely manner
Follow detailed instructions without much supervision

This is a list of potential tasks. It is not comprehensive, and you may be asked to do additional tasks based on your skill level and knowledge. Attention to detail is expected, and you should identify, report, and/or resolve any needs you come across.

1. Property Inspection and Maintenance:

Check Cleaners Work: Inspect after cleans to ensure quality.
Review Property for Maintenance Needs: Report any repairs or issues.

2. Outdoor Upkeep:

Keep Exterior in Good Order:
Clean dock.
Organize outdoor furniture.
Tidy outdoor spaces.
Spray weed killer on weeds.
Sweep entrances.
Pick up sticks.
Sweep or rake leaves.
Put down mulch.

3. Extra Cleaning Tasks:

Deep Cleaning: Handle tasks not completed by the cleaners, such as:
Clean windows.
Clean filters.
Clean under furniture.
Clean outdoor furniture.
Correct any missed cleaning tasks.
Be available to assist with guest cleaning complaints.

4. Basic Maintenance:

General Tasks: Perform minor maintenance tasks, including:
Change batteries in locks.
Replace light bulbs.
Change or clean air filters.
Run ozone machine.
Troubleshoot technology.
Tighten loose furniture.
Spray bug spray or set traps.
Pool or hot tub treatment.
Clean easy-to-reach gutters.
Change batteries in smoke detectors.
Perform minor paint touch-ups.
Change door codes

5. Waste Management:

Trash Duties: Ensure trash is taken to the curb each week.

6. Guest Assistance:

On-Call Support: Be reasonably available for guest help.

7. Organization:

Organize Common Areas: Keep guest spaces tidy and functional.

8. Errands:

Run Errands as Needed:
Mail items for owners.
Send lost guest items.
Pick up and re-stock supplies.
Collect furniture from stores.
