**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways,restaurant and bar areas

- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet health and safety standards

**Skills:**

- Experience in industrial cleaning

- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including buffing, floor care, and proper use of chemicals

- Ability to perform commercial cleaning duties efficiently

- Familiarity with custodial work and porter responsibilities

- Strong attention to detail to ensure spaces are well-maintained
