Sybrant Marine Services is a full vessel Yacht Management Company based in Palm Beach County, FL. We are looking for new talent to grow our Detail and Maintenance Division. We provide a safe and friendly work environment.

Requirements:

-Valid driver's license

-Reliable transportation

-Permission to legally work in the U.S.

-Experience in detailing, waxing and polishing preferred but not required

-Learn proper washing techniques; including organization and utilization of supplies

-Learn proper detailing techniques; including chemical and machine safety

-Ability to work in a team but also independently

-Pro-active and self-motivated

-Organized and detail oriented

-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Job Details:

-Job duties in both divisions include but are not limited to cleaning, waxing and polishing boats.

-This is a full time job with about 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, weekends optional)

-Overtime will be paid regular pay rate x 1.5

-Pay rate is based on experience and skill level and starts at $15.00 per hour for Maintenance and Detail Division.
