Summary/Objective:

The Janitor's primary responsibility is to clean and maintain our 85,000 sq. ft. manufacturing campus. We are looking for an organized and hardworking janitor to join our company. In addition to keeping the inside of the building clean, you may be expected to keep the outside orderly, as well. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, so our janitor needs to be hardworking and willing to engage in a number of cleaning activities.

Essential Functions:

· Gather and empty trash and trash bins

· Breakdown cardboard boxes for recycling

· Wash windows, walls and glass

· Notify managers when the building needs major repairs

· Keep buildings secure by locking doors

· Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming

· Clean spills and other hazards using squeegees and sponges

· Clean bathrooms and stock them with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies

Required Education and Experience:

Must have previous janitorial experience

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
