SWAY ASPEN is hiring for a PART TIME FACILITIES CLEANER

Hours: 3-4 days per week. Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm, and Saturday/Sunday 8am-11am.

JOB SUMMARY

The Restaurant Facilities Cleaner (Pre-Opening Shift) is responsible for preparing the restaurant for daily operations by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This role involves completing a range of cleaning tasks before the restaurant opens to guests, including deep cleaning, organizing supplies, and setting up the restaurant for a successful day of operations.

What you'll do:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch surfaces to ensure they are ready for guests
Empty and sanitize trash cans and replace liners; ensure all waste is properly disposed of
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies like soap and paper products
Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces, including sinks, countertops, and floors, to ensure a sanitary environment for food preparation
Polish fixtures and maintain the cleanliness of entrance areas, windows, and glass doors
Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, cleaning vents, and washing walls as scheduled or assigned
Clean and maintain hard-to-reach areas, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, and under heavy furniture or equipment
Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Use appropriate cleaning products and follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or required repairs to the General Manager promptly
Ensure compliance with local health codes and restaurant cleanliness standards

Who you are:

You have previous experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment
You're able to work efficiently and independently during morning hours
You like to have fun + be nice!
