**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and sanitation. This is a 1099 role not W2.

**Duties:**

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing

- Vacuum carpets and rugs

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens

- Make beds and change linens

- Wash windows and maintain blinds

- Empty trash receptacles

- Restock cleaning supplies

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

-You will be travelling from your own personal car from cleaning to cleaning

-You must have your own cleaning supplies, included but not limited to:

All-purpose cleaner: For general surface cleaning such as countertops, tables, and desks.
Glass cleaner: For windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Disinfectant cleaner: For killing germs and disinfecting high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and bathroom fixtures.
Floor cleaner: Depending on the type of flooring (e.g., hardwood, tile, carpet), you'll need appropriate floor cleaning solutions.
Bathroom cleaner: Specifically formulated for removing soap scum, mold, and mildew in bathrooms.
Toilet bowl cleaner: For cleaning and disinfecting toilet bowls.
Stainless steel cleaner: For stainless steel appliances and fixtures.
Wood cleaner and polish: For cleaning and polishing wooden furniture and surfaces.
Microfiber cloths: Versatile for dusting and cleaning various surfaces without leaving lint behind.
Sponges and scrub brushes: For scrubbing tougher stains and grime.
Mop and bucket: For cleaning floors, especially tile or hardwood.
Vacuum cleaner: For cleaning carpets and upholstery.
Broom and dustpan: For sweeping debris from hard floors.
Trash bags: For collecting and disposing of garbage.
Gloves and protective gear: To protect your hands and skin from harsh chemicals.
