The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our growing team! You will play a vital role in ensuring our vacation homes are consistently sparkling and ready for our guests to make memories.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the cleaning of all Storybook Vacation Homes properties, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules that are efficient and meet guest arrival timeframes.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring they understand our cleaning protocols and guest expectations.
Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any cleaning issues promptly.
Manage and maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked inventory.
Utilize BreezeWay app for scheduling, communication, and tracking cleaning tasks.
Handle guest requests related to housekeeping and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the housekeeping team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing a housekeeping team in a high-end hospitality or vacation rental environment.
Proven experience with cleaning luxury homes to meticulous standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient with BreezeWay app and cleaning management software.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus.
