Ability to operate cleaning machinery as required in the performance of job duties

Essential Job Functions

Perform all aspects of floor care including cleaning, stripping and waxing hard floor surfaces
Bonnet & extraction carpet cleaning
Transport equipment, tools and supplies
Moving furniture before and after clean
Transport equipment, tools and supplies
Report major damages and oversee repair(s)
Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in the janitorial industry required with floor/carpet care experience preferred
A background screening and drug test will be required
Valid driver's license, clean DMV record and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)

Physical Demands:

Must be flexible
Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending and squatting is required
Lifting of 50 lbs. or more
