Description:

Looking for a floor technician for the night shift: 700pm to 1100pm (20-24 hours a week) from Sunday - Friday.

General commercial cleaning duties, including but not limited to:

Thoroughly dust al horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, window sills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner furnishings.
damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove stains and spillage
Damp wipe entrance metal and fingerprints on entrance and interior office/conference room glass.
Damp wipe telephones.
Polish all bright metal work.
Dust all vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, chairs, tables and other furniture.
Sweep along edges, vacuum underneath furniture and in corners.
Remove fingerprints and marks around light switches and door frames.
Job description includes all above, but is not limited t just these items. Must be available to do what is needed to satisfy any and all complaints and/ or requests.

Requirements:

Floor tech experience is preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift equipment, items and materials of at least 30lbs.
Must be able to reach overhead equipment, items and materials of at least 15lbs.
Must be able to reach overhead up to 6ft and reach to the floor.
Trash collection and disposal, vacuuming, sweeping mopping, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, glass and window cleaning, securing facilities with locks, alarms and key pads.
