Smith Cleaning Services LLC is a growing business based out of Paso Robles, CA. We Provide residentail cleaning services for the central coast and commercial cleaning services for the state of CA. Our goal is to Provide professional, reliable, and quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services for our residential and commercial clients under general supervision.

**Duties:**

-Solar Panel Cleaning

-Window Cleaning

-Solar Panel Bird Proofing

-Gutter Cleaning

-Pressure Washing

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in the cleaning industry is preferred but not necessary

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

- Excellent communication skills

-Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, working on roofs, working from lift equipment, working around pigeon waste.

*Nice-to-have Skills:*

- Mechanically inclined

- Experience using residential and commercial cleaning equipment

Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and contribute to creating a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Starting pay will increase by $1.00 / HR after 90 days of succesful employment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
