Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Associate to join our team at Simply Saras Cleaning Service Llc. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes in a two-person team.

You will be traveling to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services, including cleaning all surfaces, floors, and fixtures. You will also be responsible for effectively using provided equipment, including vacuums and cleaning solutions, and for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment and withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities:

Effectively use provided equipment to clean customer homes
Clean all surfaces, floors, and fixtures in customer homes
Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes
Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites when necessary
Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
