Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter (Apartment Porter)

Location: Brownsville Village, our 205-unit multifamily community located in Miami, FL.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm, occasional weekend shifts may apply, 40-hours per week, full-time.

Key Qualifications: Positive attitude, maintenance focused, experienced with grounds, cleaning, pressure washing, overall curb appeal and common areas. Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus. This position has internal growth opportunities to our Maintenance Team!

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License required
