Lead Cleaning Associate

We are a contracting group specializing in estate management, remediation service, plumbing, & construction. We also own a retail store in Jupiter, Fl. We are in need of someone who is detail oriented, proficient, cautious, trustworthy, reliable, and confidential.

This job includes but is not limited to:

Maintaining confidentiality at all times

Maintaining cleanliness at all locations

Maintaining schedule for cleaning locations

Maintaining communication with the office and managers regarding progress and schedule for cleaning.

Maintaining communication with the office on supplies needed to maintain stock of cleaning supplies

Communication with management regarding equipment issues or parts needed.

Maintain organized job locations, vehicle cleanliness, and specific working areas.

Assisting manager in scheduling new cleaning locations

Post construction job site cleaning

You must be self-managing and stay on schedule

Office Cleaning

Home Cleaning

Organizing

Requirements: Pass thorough background check & drug testing. Must have valid drivers license. Must have minimum of 2 years cleaning experience. The main purpose of this position is to assist the office in keeping all locations extremely cleaned. We need someone who is presentable, speaks well, and can deal with problems efficiently. You must be able to deal with critique. Must be able to keep your cool and remain professional at all times.
