Revive Pro Services, a Seattle-based company, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Field Services Specialist. As a leading provider of residential and commercial services, we specialize in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and house washing.

Position: Cleaning Technician

Overview:
As a Field Services Specialist at Revive Pro Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients across Seattle and King County. Your responsibilities will include on-site service delivery, customer interaction, and promoting additional services to enhance the overall customer experience.

Working Arrangements:

Location: Work from employer site, with daily worksite locations varying across King County
Salary: $21-28 per hour, part or full time (1.5x pay after 44 hours of work).

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain equipment for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and house washing
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Safely use ladders following protocols and procedures.
Interact professionally with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Basic Position Requirements:
Abilities:

Physically capable of handling tools and equipment weighing 30lbs or more.
Able to bend, climb, and stand for extended periods outdoors in fluctuating weather conditions.
Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
Interpersonal skills for teamwork, problem-solving, and selling products and services.

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of phone apps (Maps, Chat, multi-use platforms).
Preferred knowledge of ladder safety and basic hand/mechanical tools.

Training:

On-site training for all service delivery provided by acting operations supervisors.
Ongoing communication, sales, and service delivery training throughout employment.

Working Conditions:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, high heat, snow).
Flexible working hours, may require starting before standard business hours.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality, efficient services and customer experience.
Use of company vehicles onsite; a valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
Responsible for arriving at the designated daily start location by personal means. Transportation is available depending on location.
