Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Clean windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free finish.
Perform routine inspections of windows to identify any damage or maintenance needs.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in potentially hazardous conditions.
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time and meet customer satisfaction standards.
Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of waste materials properly.

Skills

Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $18.14 - $19.15 per hour
