Janitor / Cleaner

Duties:

Perform commercial janitorial cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways and lobbies.

Requirements:

Knowledge of general cleaning techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk or text well In a timely manner.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift at least 25 lbs.
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties.
You must have a reliable vehicle that you personally own or finance. (If you do not own or finance your own vehicle, please do not apply)

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
