Job Description:

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of residential homes and commercial properties. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Performing thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, offices, and common areas.
Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces.
Emptying trash and recycling bins.
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.
Following company protocols and safety guidelines.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client requests.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable transportation to various job sites.
Ability to pass a background check.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
