We are a professional cleaning company with several Airbnb clients in the area looking to add high-quality cleaners to our team for 2024.

We're looking for self-led, extremely detailed cleaners who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast paced environment. Property Pros will provide plenty of guidance and training so you will always have support and daily communication from our management team.

The Cleans -- we clean all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Since they're short term rental turns, this of course includes changing out linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms (towels, sheets), washing the dirty set and putting away in on-site storage, bagging and taking trash out to bins on property and re-stocking items like toiletries, kitchen items, etc. (all provided by property owner and easily accessed on site). Since the units are cleaned very often, the appliances and general areas remain quite clean, the most time consuming part is typically the linens. There are washer/dryers in each unit for this task, so you can clean while washing/drying. We will share our scope checklists prior to your first clean so you have exact instructions. *We will soon be using a checklist cleaning app to take out any guesswork.

Supplies -- you must provide all of your own cleaning supplies, however, any specialty items (i.e. type of mop, required cleaning product, etc.) requested by either the client or our company, will be provided to you.

Our Client's Properties -- They are all located within a 10 mile radius of downtown Nashville. You will be cleaning in a safe, beautifully designed environment! All of our units are high-end.

Pay -- Please note we've listed an average hourly rate, but we pay a flat fee per clean and we pay via direct deposit every Friday.

Timing -- The cleans typically take 4 hours. Check out is typically 10 or 11 AM, when we start. Check ins are typically 4 PM, when we need to wrap up by.

Scheduling Cleans -- Since this is an independent contractor position, you are not a full-time employee and are not obligated to be available. We build scheduling using our application "Breezeway" in which you can accept or reject a shift.

Please only respond if you have 2+ years experience in cleaning short terms rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and if you enjoy physical work. You must be passionate about cleaning and highly responsible, consistent and dependable.

If we are interested we will schedule a phone interview and, if all goes well, we will assign you on your first clean. One of our management team will meet you at the first clean to guide and train, answer any questions and fill out employee paperwork. We will review your first clean at end of day and continue forward based on quality.
