Job Title: Housekeeper -Part Time (12-4 pm CT)

Job Description:

As a Housekeeper at Pompa Program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the household and supporting the daily needs of our executive and their family. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household, including laundry, cleaning, scheduling of maintenance, and organization.
Ensure the household is stocked with necessary supplies and groceries.
Manage household billing and expenses, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient use of resources.
Provide personal assistance to household members, including running errands, and handling special requests.
Ability to cook and plan ahead with meal planning, ensuring dietary preferences and requirements are met.
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Occasional babysitting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in managing household budgets and expenses.
Knowledge of household management, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization.
Proactive mindset to act without direction
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
