ABOUT THE JOB:

To perform various cleaning activities in any of the lounge/s. Always maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises and equipment. Handle complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Maintain and keep records of inventory. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in lounge/s (public areas, shower rooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters)
To assist in loading and unloading of foodstuff
To clean the table after guests finished their meal
To ensure an orderly store and to take stock regularly
To deliver food and beverages, utensils and equipment to clients when required
Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, etc.
Protect equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

Report to work on time and practice perfect attendance
Ensure that proper cleaning procedures are adhered to and personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times during the shift. Employees are expected to follow all health and safety regulations, enforced and updated by the company.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and possess outstanding communication skills, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner with customers, passengers, and team members.
Able to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment
Ability to bend, climb up/down, crouch, hear, kneel, reach, speak, stand, turn, twist, walk
Must be able to lift 35 pounds, 40 inches high without the aid of another person
Must be able to push and/or pull 120 pounds with the assistance of a wheeled cart
