We are a Santa Rosa based company seeking an energetic person that loves farming and cannabis to join the team in the role of Production Lead ensuring the success of trimming and processing.

Job Description:

You will be a key contributor to the processing operation from harvest and curing through packaging and distribution. In this role, the Production Lead will supervise and guide teams involved in trimming, sorting, packaging, and other various tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining quality of product, following work orders, operating machinery, providing daily reports, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment.

Cannabis experience is required. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is a detail-oriented team player.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Lead crews in trimming, sorting, and packaging
Ensure crew is working efficiently
Report issues and unruliness to manager
Maintain quality of the flower
Clean, maintain, and operate processing equipment
Follow work orders
Accurately weigh, label, and report packages post processing
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to the manager
Organize, clean, and sanitize workspace before shift, during shift/after different products, and after shift
Follow Work Instructions and all SOPs set out for company functions
Ensure packaging and order preparation deadlines are adhered to
Assist in facility maintenance and cleaning

Qualifications:

1-2 years cannabis trimming experience
Conversational Spanish required
Must have experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Must be 21+ years old
Background check required
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a team
Forklift experience is a plus
Familiar with hand tools
Must be able to work well alone and in a team setting
Physically and mentally fit
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to work 5-10 hours of overtime per week when required between the hours of 6am and 6pm

● $19-$23/hr
● Benefits begin after 90 day of employment
