Description:

General cleaning after events including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows and deep cleaning when scheduled.
Ensuring furniture and other items are in their appropriate locations during non-event days.
Cleaning, sanitizing and stocking restrooms – to include that of specified tenants.
Empties trash/recycling and replaces liners in staff offices.
Reports any damage or repair needs observed in a timely manner
Ensure that all properties are always presentable.
Maintains stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Weekly cleaning at all PPHG locations.
Cleaning and folding laundry from guest suites as needed.
Special projects that may include (but are not exclusive to): detailed dusting of all house curios, buffing and oiling of floors, vacuuming of all drapery in house, delicate dusting/cleaning of chandeliers/sconces, etc.

Requirements:

Ability to follow PPHG standards, policies, and procedures.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment.
Ability to focus attention on details and work without direct supervision and to know what needs to be done above and beyond “to do” list.
Must possess mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and guests and work cooperatively and professionally with other departments, with respect to the chain of command.
Must be on time and appropriately dressed for all shifts.
Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred
