**Job Title:** ServiceTech (Janitor)

**Job Type:** Part-time

**Location:** South Bend, IN

**Salary Range:** $25 to $35 per hour

**Job Overview:**

As a Service Tech (Janitor) at Overtime Commercial Cleaning, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service will ensure that our client's facilities are always in top condition.

**Responsibilities:**

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Monitor and refill cleaning supplies
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Follow all company policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitation

**Requirements:**

Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
