Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable professional House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as a contractor. Your main responsibility will be providing exceptional cleaning services to residential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced cleaners looking for flexible hours and the ability to manage their own schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
Clean cobwebs, countertops, windows, sills, lights, ceiling fans, ledges, furniture, and door frames as required.
Sanitize kitchen appliances, sinks, cabinets, and backsplashes.
Sweep and mop floors, including under beds, movable rugs, and behind light furniture.
Lightly clean front entrance and wipe front door as needed.
Empty trash.
Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition, cleaned and sanitized.

Qualifications:

Ability to provide professional carpet cleaning is a plus (not required).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in residential cleaning.
Ability to pass a background check, including a review for criminal records relevant to the position.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing cleaning tasks.
Strong knowledge of the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment based on surface type.
Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must have or be willing to obtain General Liability insurance.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and move/lift objects up to 35 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

This position involves working in residential homes of various types and sizes that are safe to be inhabited.
Must be comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
Flexible working hours – you choose your own schedule.

Compensation & Terms:

We strive to provide compensation ABOVE industry average.
Compensation is based on a per-job or per-project basis and will vary depending on the job type. Additional discretionary compensation may be offered based on performance.
Cleaning contractors will get to choose the job based on pay and scope.
Cleaning contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
Cleaning contractors must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Invoices must be submitted weekly for payment processing.
