Are you passionate about culinary excellence and ready to embark on an exciting food and beverage journey? ÔMO by Jônt, Winter Park's Premier Chef's Tasting Counter Experience, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Kitchen Porter Team.

As a Kitchen Porter at Ômo by Jônt, you'll: Clean dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans; Assist in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant; Stock supplies for the service and culinary teams; Sweep and mop, take out the trash, clean the restrooms, and ensure that all cleaning and sanitary materials remain in stock; Work together as a team to deliver a great experience for Guests; Assist chef team in food prep and production.

Inspired by the techniques and ingredients of Europe and Japan, Chef Ryan Ratino & his MICHELIN-starred team are excited to bring a luxurious wood-fire cooking experience to downtown Winter Park.

Guests will indulge in beautiful ingredients sourced from the finest markets in Europe and Japan. A strong focus on Japanese seafood and luxury fruits. Complimented by polished service to include things such as table side cocktails and food presentations. We want to channel the dining experiences of Europe's most exciting gastronomic cities.
