Full-time cleaner position available for luxury apartment community in Inver Grove Heights! Common area cleaning is required for the building: in building entries, hallways, community rooms, bathrooms, fitness center, pet wash, etc. Cleaning of apartment homes before new residents move in is also required. All equipment and supplies are provided.

Misc. duties may include: yard clean up, light snow removal or salting, painting, etc.

Must have a great attitude, good customer service skills, have great attention to detail and be able to manage time effectively. Clean criminal background and driver's license/reliable vehicle required.
