Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, including buffing, carpet cleaning, and commercial cleaning. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Duties:

- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness
- Follow established protocols for environmental services and custodial tasks
- Ensure all floors are clean, sanitary, and safe for occupants

Requirements:

- Prior experience in floor care, including buffing and carpet cleaning
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Physical stamina to handle custodial tasks and operate cleaning equipment
