At Mima's Cleaning Company, our cleaners come first.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care tasks as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Familiarity with custodial duties and proper cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Skills:
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of proper sanitization practices
