Our team is actively seeking a Hybrid Day Porter to join us in our commitment to quality service and professionalism.

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday, no weekends.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

Clean-up trash and debris in surrounding areas (outdoors).
Some pressure washing involved.
Proper disposal and clean-up of trash receptacles.
Perform general cleaning, sanitizing tasks, and services.
Clean areas of the buildings by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces.
Proper communication with supervisor to report daily duties along with supply level of equipment and supplies
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in the janitorial or custodial field, though we are willing to train the right candidate who lacks formal experience.
Ability to work quickly and complete tasks independently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Prolonged periods standing and walking, and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
Ability to perform all essential job duties.
